Q1.) What are your privacy policy and how do you ensure customer data safety?

Ans. We do not save our customers data for perosnal on interpersonal connections. It is only used in order to generate invoice and create order history in print. We take our customers data security as a grave safety issue.

Q2.) What are payment policy?

Ans.) Payment policy for our  company is at 50-50 ratio. We ask 50% payment as advance and 50% payment after delivery.

Q3.) Where do I see a delivery charge?

Ans.) Delivery charges at the time of delivery is borne by the company but it is shown in invoice generated to insure transparency regarding the same.

Q4.) Can I order only one item at a time as in gms or an individual piece?

Ans.) Unfortunately as a company of import, export and constructions we do not provide for a single piece item or gms quantity delivery. Our minimum delivery amount will vary from tons to above 5 to 10kgs.

Q5.) Is the amount refundable on order cancellation?

Ans.) Yes, the amount is refundable on order cancellation with conditions being the order has not been CONFIRMED, PACKED and SHIPPED.

Q6.) Can order be placed online?

Ans.) Currently any orders placed has to be physical order placement not online. For ExSeate company currently its a work in progress.
